This summer I had the chance to go to MAC. My first time and I loved it. It is a small museum but the exhibits were interesting. Afterwords we went to our "home" and watched WALKOUT. Perfect Chicano power movie. I really like the movie. Do not believe that it is one of those movies that is going to start an uprising or any intention of starting a movement. I really believe it is a movie that shows a struggle like how the African Americans had to deal with during their struggle towards justice. We ate some pizzas that we ordered from Pizza Patron which is down the street from where we live. It was new for me the pizza( it actually had more than one ingredient(pepperoni) ) and going to an art museum. I think the only other time I/we have gone to a museum it was school related. I am glad that we are trying new things and learning new things. I really enjoyed it. I felt even more happier of our history and people. My fav part of the movie: When Alexa Vegas character is screaming "ChicAnooo!! Power!!" and when her father asks " Why are they afraid to fight a Mexican boxer?" and he answers " Because they never give up"
DAMN straight. oops sry I just love it. LOOVVVVVVVEEE ITTTTT! :P
