Be a LEADER, not a boss.
Lead by example.
Believe in the "little people" and acknowledge their importance.
Listen,
With your eyes, ears, and heart.
Give a little, get a lot.
But no always:
Arrogant, ignorant, and belligerent.
Power over flower
Tints and stints
Tower over
Hint: Out of print
Over and out!

Sadly, I spoke too soon. DISemployed
Never have I experienced discrimination based on my disability. (Narcolepsy w/ Cataplexy) My inability to have a flexible schedule. I did not lie, I don't have to tell YOU what I have before I'm hired. Essentially, I was the one lied to. I'm a great worker, a hard one too. Pero a quien le importa?! We live in a world full of ignorance and sadly we lack empathy or consideration of others lives, feelings, etc. I really wanted a job. I was so happy to know that I would be making money to help out my sister and mom with the bills.
Now, I don't know what to think. Focusing on my schoolwork, I guess...

Disability DISS.mised
ADA Title I: Employment
Title I requires employers with 15 or more employees to provide qualified individuals with disabilities an equal opportunity to benefit from the full range of employment-related opportunities available to others. For example, it prohibits discrimination in recruitment, hiring, promotions, training, pay, social activities, and other privileges of employment. It restricts questions that can be asked about an applicant's disability before a job offer is made, and it requires that employers make reasonable accommodation to the known physical or mental limitations of otherwise qualified individuals with disabilities, unless it results in undue hardship. Religious entities with 15 or more employees are covered under title I.

Thank god for the American Disability Act! I never thought that I would encounter any issues concerning my disability/disorder, but boy was I wrong. I find myself empowered by knowing my rights. I find it incredible when people choose to stay ignorant and just think about themselves or what THEY want. I am a human being not just a working machine.
Final words: If I could, I would.
